In 2026, Democrats from all over Waldo County are joining together in one caucus on March 1 at 2pm at the Belfast Area High School. In addition to hosting the caucus, WCDC will provide activities for children, live music, and refreshments.
What’s a caucus? A caucus brings local Democrats together to meet with candidates, find out about ways to get involved in campaigns, and talk about how we’re going to win elections up and down the ballot. We also take care of party business, such as electing local leadership, county committee members, and state convention delegates. A caucus represents grassroots organizing at its finest!
