Our August 17 Waldo County Dems Picnic at Mermaid Plaza in Searsport was delightful!
Toki Oshima and John Pranio filled the air with energetic tunes and toe-tapping melodies.
There were hugs for longtime friends, greetings for new ones, and delicious food; a lively open mic with a singalong, a musical game, and lyrics that gave us some welcome laughs.
Maine’s Secretary of State and candidate for governor, Shenna Bellows, joined us for lunch, shared her thoughts and answered questions.
